Quotes and prices

A price on this site is worked out from your property's county records and the size of your lawn. Will checks the size on the first visit. If your lawn is a different size band from the one quoted, we tell you the corrected price before you are charged for anything.

A quote is good for 30 days. Prices are before sales tax. Lawns bigger than the sizes we price online, and towns outside the ones we list, are priced by Will himself.

Your program

Each program is a set number of rounds through the year. The exact date of each round depends on the weather and the season, and we let you know the day before each visit.

On programs that include resprays, if weeds come back between rounds, ask and we come back and treat them at no charge.

Paying

You can pay after each round, monthly, or for the whole year in advance at the discount shown when you sign up. Invoices are due within 30 days.

Once you are a customer, your rate stays the same for five years, as long as you stay on your program.

Visits and safety

We need to reach the lawn: please leave gates unlocked and pets inside on visit days. If we can't treat because of a locked gate, a pet in the yard or the weather, we come back as soon as we can.

Keep children and pets off a treated lawn until it is dry. We tell you when a round is done.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by calling or texting (501) 800-6587. You are not charged for rounds that haven't been applied.

Text messages

If you agree to texts, Will's Turf and Lawn Services texts you from (501) 393-1063 about your quote, your visits, rounds that are done and your invoices. How often depends on your program, usually a few a month during the season.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop all texts, or HELP for help, at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

Our responsibility

We treat your lawn with care and with products applied by the label. Results depend on weather, watering, mowing and soil, so we can't promise a particular result. If you're unhappy with a round, tell us and we'll make it right with a respray where your program includes one.
